What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds, managing mental health diagnoses, and gaining emotional clarity. Coaching is future-focused and goal-driven, helping you take empowered action to improve your mindset, relationships, and self-worth.
➡️ If you’re feeling stuck but not clinically depressed, coaching may be ideal. If you’re struggling with daily functioning or mental health symptoms, therapy might be the best starting point.

Do you take insurance?
Yes.
In New York, we accept: Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, 1199, BCBS, and Cigna.
In New Jersey, we accept: Horizon Blue, Cigna, and Aetna.
In Tennessee, we accept: Aetna and Cigna.

Yes! Coaching is an investment in your growth and clarity. For $2,500, you’ll get 8 weeks of high-touch, focused support designed to help you shift your mindset, overcome blocks, and build a life aligned with your values.

What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is about connection and safety. We’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and how we can support you. You’ll leave with clarity and a plan for your next step forward.
Are your services culturally sensitive?
Absolutely. We are a Black and Indo-Caribbean woman-led practice with deep understanding of how race, culture, identity, and gender intersect with emotional well-being. We honor your lived experience and provide affirming care for all women.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
We currently offer virtual therapy and coaching sessions to women located in New York, New Jersey, and Tennessee. You can access support from the comfort of your home—no commute or waiting rooms necessary.
Can I switch therapists or coaches if it's not a good fit?
Yes. Your comfort and connection matter. If you don’t feel aligned with your provider, just let us know—we’ll help you find someone who’s a better match.
Do you offer group coaching or workshops?
Yes! We host seasonal group coaching programs, healing circles, and wellness workshops for women. These are a great way to connect with others while learning and growing.
