About Our Book club

In the book, Adult Children of Immature Parents, the destructive nature of parents who are emotionally immature or unavailable are discussed, including how these parents create a sense of neglect. We will discover ways to heal from the pain and confusion caused by your childhood that the author shares, to help you free yourself from your parents’ emotional immaturity and the tendency to react them and or their needs. Our goal is to help you learn how to create positive, new relationships so you can build a better life.
