Moving past painful experiences can be difficult to do, but it is possible. Among the many tools that can be used for growth and healing is art. If you are curious to learn how art can help you on your journey for growth we’d love to you have you join our workshop on 4/26/22 at 7 pm. We will discuss art therapy, its benefits, and even do an art exercise to help you process painful feelings to help your growth.
